The benefits of digital imaging in dentistry are numerous, yet many practitioners are hesitant to expand into this technology. Various strategies can be used to incorporate digital intraoral radiology into a practice. The payoff is typically improved efficiencies and better patient care.

Retroperitoneal lymphangioma is exceptionally rare. We present a case of a 41-year-old asymptomatic patient with a large abdominal cystic mass detected on contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan, initially suspected to be pseudomyxoma peritonei. In case of venous route abnormality during a leadless pacemaker (LP) implantation, it can be challenging if we still performed via the predesigned femoral vein. We report a patient with normal preoperative laboratory and image results, but azygos continuation of the inferior vena cava (IVC) was suspected during the procedure. Then, we decided to change the implantation strategy, the LP implantation was successfully performed via right jugular vein instead of the classical IVC route.
