Perineal ectopic anus in female infants is not a very uncommon congenital anorectal anomaly with opening into the low vaginal or vulvar region. However, ectopic anus with barrel gun perineum is a less common variety. Patients generally present with frequent history of constipation, but may seek medical help for just aesthetic reasons. We present here one such case of an asymptomatic seven years old female with the rare form of anterior ectopic anus with barrel gun perineum without any fistulous communications with an innovative method of demonstration of the anomaly by using ultrasound gel as rectal contrast in MRI pelvis.

Objective: This study investigated the efficacy and safety of electrocautery ablation for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) in men who have sex with men (MSM) including people with human immunodeficiency virus, using comprehensive biopsy with high-resolution anoscopy (HRA).
Methods: This single-arm, open-label pilot study included 20 MSM with HSIL who were treated with electrocautery ablation. The participants were recruited from the National Center for Global Health and Medicine and followed up using HRA with a comprehensive biopsy approach at 3- and 6-months post-ablation.

Female hypospadias is an extremely rare condition characterised by urethral meatus placed within the introitus on the anterior vaginal wall, along with foreshortening of the urethra. It is an often missed anomaly that usually co-exists with other genitourinary conditions like ectopic ureter, renal anomalies, septate vagina and bicornuate uterus. A case series of five girls who had hypospadias is being described.

This case report presents a rare occurrence of isolated bladder exstrophy with a normal phallus in a one-day-old male newborn. The patient also presented with imperforated anus, congenital heart disease, and a left ectopic kidney. Surgical interventions included cut-back anoplasty, bilateral ureteral reimplantation, and primary bladder closure in a single operation, resulting in a successful outcome without complications.
