Objectives: To assess the feasibility and efficacy of a school-based health centre (SBHC) established at an inner-city elementary school to help alleviate barriers to accessing health care.
Methods: A retrospective chart review of the first year of the SBHC was conducted. Feasibility metrics included the number of children who enrolled at the SBHC. Efficacy metrics included the proportion of enrolled children who attended and received new diagnoses and treatment plans.
Results: A total of 379 children enrolled at the SBHC and 127 children attended. Of the SBHC users, 74.0% received a new diagnosis and 90.6% received a treatment plan; 79.6% were from families with an annual income <$30,000, and 91.6% were from families whose first language was not English.
Conclusion: The SBHC represents a feasible and efficacious way to enhance the delivery of health care to inner-city children.

The theory of expertise suggests that there should be observable differences in the eye movement patterns between experts and non-experts. Previous studies have investigated how expertise influences eye movement patterns during cognitive tasks like reading. However, the impact of expertise on eye movements in comics, a multimodal form of text, remains unexplored.

Objective: To optimize the construction of pharmaceutical services in medical institutions, advance the development of clinical pharmacy as a discipline, enhance the level of clinical pharmacy services, systematically implement and evaluate clinical pharmacy practices, and improve patient therapeutic outcomes, we have developed the Practice Guidelines for the Value Evaluation of Clinical Pharmacy Services (Version 2).
Methods: This guideline was designed following the World Health Organization (WHO) Guideline Development Manual. The Delphi method was employed to identify clinical questions.
Background: Children who suffer from long-term illnesses, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, or epilepsy, sometimes struggle to manage their ailments, which affects their quality of life and how often they use healthcare services.
Objective: This study aimed to explore comprehensive long-term management strategies for children with asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, and epilepsy, with a focus on enhancing quality of life and reducing hospital admissions.
Methodology: A prospective cohort research was conducted involving 480 children, divided into four groups: 120 children with asthma, 120 children with cystic fibrosis, 120 children with diabetes, and 120 children with epilepsy.

Accurate building segmentation has become critical in various fields such as urban management, urban planning, mapping, and navigation. With the increasing diversity in the number, size, and shape of buildings, convolutional neural networks have been used to segment and extract buildings from such images, resulting in increased efficiency and utilization of image features. We propose a building semantic segmentation method to improve the traditional Unet convolutional neural network by integrating attention mechanism and boundary detection.
