A one and a half year old girl born of a non-consanguineous marriage presented with multiple asymptomatic erythematous to hyperpigmented and skin colored papules on both cheeks slowly increasing in number of 1 year duration. On the basis of clinical, histopathological, and immunohistochemistry findings, a diagnosis of benign cephalic histiocytosis was made.

Objective: There are fewer reports on the ictal electroencephalogram(EEG) of convulsions in infants and children with mild gastroenteritis (BCWG). Our study retrospectively analyzed the ictal EEG characteristics of convulsive episodes of BCWG.

Methods: The seizure-phase EEGs of children diagnosed with BCWG from September 2016 to January 2022 were searched and analyzed, and a total of thirteen seizure-phase EEGs of eight cases were analyzed retrospectively.

The intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct is a rare tumor considered one of the precursor lesions of cholangiocarcinoma. It is characterized by papillary growth within the bile duct lumen, occurring anywhere in the biliary tree. We report a case of a 70-year-old man who presented with a six-month history of weight loss and occasional choluria.
