Objective: The direction of this study was to detect and analyze the specific mechanism of anti-apoptosis in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) cells caused by high expression of BCL2.

Methods: Bioinformatics was completed in Link omics. GO analysis and KEGG analysis were carried out, and the grope tool of Link omics database was used to evaluate PPI information and other core path analysis information.

Muscarinic cannabinoid suppression of excitation, a novel form of coincidence detection.

Pharmacol Res

January 2025

Gill Institute for Neuroscience; Dept. of Psychological and Brain Sciences, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN 47405. Electronic address:

Δ-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the chief psychoactive ingredient of cannabis, acts in the brain primarily via cannabinoid CB1 receptors. These receptors are implicated in several forms of synaptic plasticity - depolarization-induced suppression of excitation (DSE), metabotropic suppression of excitation (MSE), long term depression (LTD) and activation-dependent desensitization. Cultured autaptic hippocampal neurons express all of these, illustrating the rich functional and temporal heterogeneity of CB1 at a single set of synapses.

Targeted and untargeted discovery of UV filters and emerging contaminants with environmental risk assessment on the Northwestern Mediterranean coast.

Mar Pollut Bull

January 2025

Sorbonne Université, CNRS, Laboratoire de Biodiversité et Biotechnologie Microbienne, UAR 3579, Observatoire Océanologique, Banyuls-sur-Mer, France. Electronic address:

Marine ecosystems, particularly coastal areas, are becoming increasingly vulnerable to pollution from human activities. Persistent organic pollutants and contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) are recognized as significant threats to both human and environmental health. Our study aimed to identify the molecules present in the seawater of two bathing areas in the Western Mediterranean Sea.

This research investigated the relationship between microplastic accumulation and the sediment texture in seagrass meadows across the selected coastal regions of Tuticorin. Sixteen sediment samples were collected by SCUBA divers utilizing a stainless steel grab sampler. Findings indicate significantly elevated microplastic concentrations in seagrass sediments when compared to unvegetated areas.

Green extraction and IC analysis of trace impurities in TATB through deep eutectic solvents.

J Chromatogr A

January 2025

School of Materials and Chemistry, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang, 621010, PR China; Institute of Chemical Materials, China Academy of Engineering Physics, Mianyang, 621900, PR China. Electronic address:

1,3,5-trinamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene (TATB) as an important insensitive high explosive has excellent safety performance due to strong hydrogen bonds. Ionic impurities including sulfate ions (SO), nitrate ions (NO) and chloride ions (Cl) formed during the preparation of TATB have negative effects on TATB-based explosives. However, strong hydrogen bonds result in extremely low solubility of TATB in traditional solvents, which poses a huge obstacle to extract and detect the impurities in TATB for quality control.
