Electronic address:
Objectives: To examine the psychometric properties of an assessment measure for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that corresponds with the current version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fifth Edition (DSM-5) in older adults.
Design: Cross-sectional study.
Setting: Nationally representative web-based survey (National Health and Resilience in Veterans Study; NHRVS) between November 18, 2019 and March 8, 2020.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an anatomically and surgically relevant classification system for medial meniscus ramp tears from prospectively collected data from a consecutive series of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR) with ramp tears.
Methods: A series of consecutive patients from two orthopedic surgeons between June 2021 to May 2024 undergoing ACLR with medial meniscus ramp tears were included in this study. After arthroscopic confirmation of a medial meniscus ramp tear, the tear morphology and repair technique were noted using a ramp tear diagram, operative notes, and surgical photos/videos.

Background: Patients with adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) are prone to various health challenges and premature death. Palliative care needs have been demonstrated, yet little is known about patients' goals of care (GOC) near end-of-life.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to describe the presence and content of GOC documentation in the electronic health record for patients with ACHD at the end-of-life.

A positive-sense single-stranded RNA mycovirus was isolated from Morchella sextelata strain ZY-1 and designated as "Morchella sextelata endornavirus 1" (MsEV1). The complete genome of MsEV1 was found to be 16,589 nucleotides (nt) in length and to contain a single large open reading frame (ORF) encoding the viral proteins PRK00409, transmethylase, DEXDc, helicase, and RdRP in a polyprotein of 5,477 amino acids. Phylogenetic analysis based on RdRP nucleotide sequences revealed that this endornavirus is a member of the genus Betaendornavirus in the family Endornaviridae.

Objectives: In patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), the white progenitor cell (WPC) channel of the Sysmex XN hematology analyzers typically shows a varying proportion of cells in the upper left field of the scattergram, resembling the shape of shark fins. The underlying mechanism causing this phenomenon has not been elucidated so far. In this study we evaluated biological and/or genetic features of CLL cells as a potential background of the "shark fins".
