Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is a widely utilized immunosuppressive medication to prevent organ rejection in transplant recipients and manage autoimmune diseases. While gastrointestinal side effects, such as diarrhea and abdominal discomfort, are common, fulminant colitis is a rare complication. This case report describes the occurrence of fulminant colitis in a 76-year-old renal transplant recipient.

While typically asymptomatic, MD can lead to complications such as obstruction and intussusception. Here, we present a case report of a man presenting with abdominal pain with an incidental finding of MD complicated by intussusception and our management approach.

Hydroxyurea (HU) is frequently used in the treatment of various myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) where it reduces cell proliferation by impairing DNA synthesis leading to decreased hematopoiesis. Herein we report a case of a 65-year-old female who was diagnosed with Chronic myeloid leukemia and developed severe hemolytic anemia requiring multiple packed red blood cell (RBC) transfusions while being treated with hydroxyurea. The haemolysis persisted until discontinuation of the drug.

Here, we present a rare case in which the Navitor (Abbott Structural Heart, Santa Clara, CA, USA) could not be recaptured.
Case Summary: An 81-year-old Japanese woman with very severe aortic stenosis and a massively calcified nodule at the non-coronary cusp (NCC) underwent TAVI with a 25 mm Navitor valve.
