Intradermal nodular fasciitis is a rare but not extraordinary pathological finding with approximately 100 cases reported since originally described in 1990. Intradermal proliferative fasciitis, however, has only been reported twice and both arose in the postauricular region. Herein, we report a third case of intradermal proliferative fasciitis and the first to occur on the finger. This case was also unusual in its slow growth, and complete lack of smooth muscle actin expression that has only been reported once before.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) induced by atherosclerosis (AS) is the main fatal complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Establishing an appropriate animal model of SLE with AS is of great value for investigating the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of SLE-CVD. In the present work, pristane was injected intraperitoneally into C57BL/6J mice to establish the SLE model and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Vaccine (BCG) was injected intradermally one month later to enhance immunity and induce AS.

Objectives: Although preclinical studies have confirmed the angiogenetic, proliferative, and antifibrotic properties of SVF, there is limited clinical evidence from randomized controlled clinical trials.
Methods: Twelve patients who underwent abdominoplasty were included in this clinical study.

Post-mitotic, non-proliferative dermal fibroblasts have crucial functions in maintenance and restoration of tissue homeostasis. They are involved in essential processes such as wound healing, pigmentation and hair growth, but also tumor development and aging-associated diseases. These processes are energetically highly demanding and error prone when mitochondrial damage occurs.

It is also termed an epitheloid hemangioma, and it mostly affects females rather than males. The article describes a clinical case of a benign tumor from smooth muscle cells - piloleiomyoma. The incidence of leiomyoma in the skin is 3-5% of all leiomyomas. A 27-year-old patient applied to a medical institution with complaints about an intradermal formation in the ear region that occurred repeatedly within 5 months after surgical treatment.
