Using sustained release tablets of Ginkgo bibolia extract as model drug,discuss technical feasibility of using biotic index to evaluate sustained release tablets. Chosing two pharmacological indicatrix: antioxidant ability and inhibition of platelet aggregation, to investigate the influence factors on experimental result, optimize the method and experiment condition, and set up pharmacological indicatrix evaluation method. Using those methods to determinate biological effects of dissolved liquid. Drawing release curves and biological effects curves, discussing their correlation. A good correlation was observed, illustrating that pharmacological indicatrix could evaluate sustained release tablets.

Purpose: This research aimed to develop and assess a Lipiodol Pickering emulsion containing anti-Programmed cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibodies through in vitro experiments.
Materials And Methods: The emulsion was created by combining Lipiodol with poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles and anti-PD-L1 antibodies. Confocal laser microscopy was used to evaluate the encapsulation of the antibodies within the Pickering emulsion.

From the perspective of sustainable development and practical applications, there is a significant demand for the design of advanced cellulose-based film materials with superior mechanical, optical, and functional properties utilizing environmentally friendly strategies. Herein, biodegradable, mechanically robust and flame-retardant cellulose films with adjustable optical performance were successfully fabricated by in situ synthesis of NH-UiO(Zr)-66 via a DMF-free green process at room temperature. The results indicate that the introduction of NH-UiO(Zr)-66 enables films to realize a desirable flame retardancy (the limiting oxygen index (LOI) increased significantly from 19.

To realize the comprehensive utilization of large amounts of high-ash coal slime and comprehensively understand the excellent performance of nutrient release and lead and cadmium adsorption of high-ash coal slime silicon composite materials, green and safe mild hydrothermal conditions (200 °C) were used to prepare the rich-rich coal slime. Zeolite/tobermorite composites (Z-TOBs) were used in this study. Batch adsorption tests and repeated extraction tests were used to determine whether silicon, potassium, and calcium nutrients of Z-TOBs have sustained release properties and are affected by pH.

Plastics play an essential role in modern fisheries and their degradation releases micro- and nano-sized plastic particles which further causes ecological and human health hazards through various environmental contamination pathways and toxicity mechanisms, which can cause respiratory problems, cancer, reproductive toxicity, endocrine disruption and neurological effects in humans. This study utilized various bioinformatics tools through multi-step computational analyses to investigate the interactions between prevalent fisheries microplastics and the key protein receptor acetylcholinesterase (AChE), which is associated with neurotoxicity, as it can interfere with nerve impulses and muscle control. Our results indicate that the binding of seven polymers within AChE's active site, with dodecane and polypropylene exhibited highest affinity with hydrogen bonding were observed through Molecular docking of different program (PyRx) and servers (CB-Dock, eDock) then the stability of AChE-dodecane and AChE-polypropylene complexes were observed through MD simulations for 100 ns.
