The influence of the prolonged perineural femoral nerve blockade to restoration of blood flow in operated patients with occlusive disease of the lower limb arteries using an ultrasound was stadied. As for the results of the study, the use of proposed technique, reduces recovery of Vs in lower limb vessels for 3 days, Vd for 7 days and IPgk for 3 days in comparison with control group.
