In the previous article, the author demonstrated the close relationship between bloodletting practices in medieval Europe and acupuncture in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This study aimed to explore how acupuncture-based treatment was applied in medieval Europe. The author hypothesizes that the physical stimulation of acupuncture points associated with bloodletting was one of the main methods of pain management at that time.

The Moche archaeological culture flourished along Peru's North Coast between the 4th and 10th centuries CE and was characterized by a complex social hierarchy dominated by political and religious elites. Previous archaeological evidence suggests kinship was a key factor in maintaining political authority within Moche society. To test this hypothesis, we applied archaeological, genetic, and isotopic methods to examine familial relationships between six individuals, including the prominent Señora de Cao (), buried together in a pyramid-like, painted temple, Huaca Cao Viejo, in the Chicama Valley, Peru.

The Aim Of The Study: Was a comparative analysis of the structural features of the endodontic system and the thickness of hard dental tissues over the past ten centuries.

Materials And Methods: 180 teeth of people who lived from the X to XX centuries AD were studied using cone-beam computed tomography in endodontic mode: the volume of the endodontic system and the thickness of hard dental tissues were calculated using the algorithm developed by us. The Pearson correlation coefficient and Student's t-test were calculated in Excel program, and the data was analyzed with GraphPad Prism 8 Statistics Guide statistical program.
