Purpose: To evaluate patterns of utilization of the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) protocol order set for neurogenic stress myocardium (NSM).
Data Sources: Retrospective chart review.
Conclusions: The results of this study demonstrate that protocol order sets can be prone to omissions, variations in practice, and delays.
Implications For Practice: Education and implementation of an intervening compliance monitor are essential to improve utilization and correctness in use of the aSAH protocol order set for NSM. Advance practice nurses (APNs) or nursing staff could provide this service. This would improve teamwork, improve efficiency of care delivery and utilization of resources, promote leadership and improved outcomes, and promote relationship-based care.

Based on the engineering example of Linsheng coal mine, this paper uses TF1M3D computer simulation platform to systematically analyze the process of smoke flow spreading and air flow disorder disaster from the perspective of the whole mine network, and puts forward corresponding plans and measures. A small scale similar experiment was carried out to study the updraft flow fire in the mine. Through the analysis of the collected experimental data, the variation law of the air volume of the fire source in the main air path, side branch road and total air path with different air volume and the variation characteristics of the temperature at the monitoring point with time were obtained under different air volume conditions, and the critical air volume was fitted as 1.

Road crack detection approaches based on the image processing technique have attracted much attention during the past decade due to their convenience and efficiency, but most of them cannot achieve the expected performances due to the complex background interference and severe category imbalance of road images. This paper presents a hierarchical existential prior based on an expanded pseudo-label for crack detection. In particular, the framework contains three variants of U-Net, and each sub-network is trained by pseudo-labels generated by transforming semantic categories of non-crack pixels distributed in the neighborhoods of crack ones.
