Transvaginal evisceration is a rare, potentially life-threatening condition involving herniation of intra-abdominal contents, typically the small bowel, through a defect in the vaginal wall. Most commonly observed in postmenopausal women with a history of pelvic surgery or trauma, it necessitates prompt surgical intervention. We report a unique case of transvaginal evisceration in a 67-year-old postmenopausal female with rectovaginal prolapse following minor trauma.

Background: Ramsay Hunt syndrome (RHS), a rare complication of varicella-zoster virus (VZV) reactivation, presents with ipsilateral facial paralysis, ear pain, and vesicular rash. Early recognition is crucial for prompt treatment and optimal outcomes.
Case Presentation: We report a case of a 67-year-old woman with RHS who presented with right-sided facial palsy, severe ear pain, and fluid-filled blisters.

Breast cancer lymphoscintigraphy is a crucial tool in pre-operative assessment, typically revealing sentinel lymph node drainage patterns within axillary and extra-axillary regions. However, rare cases challenge conventional understanding. We report a 67-year-old woman with breast cancer, where lymphoscintigraphy revealed focal uptake within the falciform ligament of the liver, an exceedingly rare phenomenon.

Cutaneous acneiform eruptions are a side effect of many medications, including vitamin B12 therapy. However, reports of vitamin B12-induced acne are rare.
