Natural enzymes are a class of biological catalysts that can catalyze a specific substrate. Although natural enzymes have catalytic activity, they are susceptible to the influence of external environment such as temperature, and storage requirements are more stringent. Since the first discovery of magnetic FeO nanoparticles with peroxidase-like activity in 2007, the research on nanoenzymes has entered a rapid development stage.

Due to the increased availability of intensive longitudinal data, researchers have been able to specify increasingly complex dynamic latent variable models. However, these models present challenges related to overfitting, hierarchical features, non-linearity, and sample size requirements. There are further limitations to be addressed regarding the finite sample performance of priors, including bias, accuracy, and type I error inflation.

Background: The utilization of standardized patient-rated outcome measures (PROMs) by hand therapists is essential to evaluate treatment and clinical outcomes and underpins evidence-based and patient-centered practice. However, research indicates that the routine use of PROMs is inconsistent in clinical practice.
Purpose: To explore the barriers and enablers experienced by hand therapists in the routine use of standardized and valid PROMs.
