Objectives: The study aimed to investigate the possible effects of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on autoantibodies.
Patients And Methods: Samples of 89,108 individuals (29,033 males, 60,075 females; median: 36 years; range, 0 to 96 years) who underwent autoimmune testing between January 2017 and May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The prepandemic period was defined as May 1, 2017, to March 20, 2020, while the pandemic period was defined as March 20, 2020, to May 31, 2022.

Objectives: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with positive anti-ribosomal P protein antibodies and the associated risk factors in a larger sample size.
Methods: A single-center, retrospective study was conducted. Based on the medical records of in-patients from June 2009 to December 2022, patients with SLE were divided into anti-ribosomal P protein antibody-positive and negative groups according to a 1:3 gender and age match.

Objectives: As systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) primarily impacts women of childbearing age, a considerable number of patients have fertility needs. However, the risk of experiencing adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs) was higher in these patients. Our study aimed to construct a predictive model to assess the risks for APOs of SLE.

Background: Not all neuropsychiatric (NP) manifestations in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are secondary to lupus. The clarification of the cause of NP symptoms influences therapeutic strategies for SLE.
Aim: To understand the attribution of psychiatric manifestations in a cohort of Chinese patients with SLE.

Rationale And Objectives: Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) is one of the most severe complications of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and its early biomarkers and immune mechanisms remain unclear. This study utilizes Resting-State functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) to explore early neuroimaging biomarkers and potential immune mechanisms of brain injury in SLE, with a particular focus on anti-ribosomal P protein antibody (ARPA).
Materials And Methods: A total of 47 SLE patients and 33 healthy controls (HCs) underwent rs-fMRI.
