Introduction: Infantile vaginal yolk sac tumor (YST) is a rare and aggressive form of pediatric cancer that often presents with bloody discharge. Despite advances in chemotherapy, managing post-chemotherapy AFP level rebounds remains a challenge. This case report describes a 7-month-old girl with vaginal YST whose AFP levels rose following 3 cycles of PEB chemotherapy.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The high recurrence rate (up to 40%) of native tissue surgery for pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is concerning and a better understanding of the effect of surgery is essential in optimizing treatment. As physical examination (Pelvic Organ Prolapse-Quantification, POP-Q) underestimates the degree of prolapse, upright assessment may provide new insights. Therefore, we compared supine POP-Q with upright magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination of the anatomical effect of native tissue POP surgery on the pelvic anatomy.

Objective: To assess the prevalence of pelvic floor and anal sphincter trauma in women after assisted vaginal delivery.
Methods: Retrospective study on 201 primiparous women after assisted vaginal delivery, control group 43 women after normal vaginal delivery. 4D translabial ultrasound examination of the levator ani and the anal sphincter was performed according to standard methodology at least 3 months postpartum.

Objectives: Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) accounts for 15 to 40 % of exploratory laparoscopies. An exploratory laparoscopy was performed to exclude the presence of peritoneal endometriosis in patients experiencing significant impairment of their quality of life.
Methods: This retrospective observational study was carried out in a tertiary referral center for endometriosis.
