Introduction: Societal inequities and public discourse have prompted healthcare organizations to focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). While DEI initiatives and strategic plans have been established within academia and applied to didactic curricula, literature is limited on preceptor perspectives in engagement with DEI. This study aimed to assess pharmacist preceptor perception of DEI in learning experiences and areas for improvement in the context of experiential teaching and learning within a large, multi-site pharmacy residency program to provide guidance for strategies to improve organizational approaches.

In this paper, Krapcho's one-step decarbomethoxylation of oleuropein in DES is reported. Oleuropein used as reagent was extracted with water from olive leaves, widely available and inexpensive waste from the olive oil production chain. The reaction has been carried out in a series of ChCl-based DES of increasing acidity, with or without the addition of an amount of water, under microwave and conventional heating.

Background: Emergency/trauma radiology artificial intelligence (AI) is maturing along all stages of technology readiness, with research and development (R&D) ranging from data curation and algorithm development to post-market monitoring and retraining.
Purpose: To develop an expert consensus document on best research practices and methodological priorities for emergency/trauma radiology AI.
Methods: A Delphi consensus exercise was conducted by the ASER AI/ML expert panel between 2022-2024.

This research letter evaluates the diagnostic accuracy of three physician groups-pediatric cardiologists, adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) specialists, and general cardiologists-and compares it to the performance of an AI (Artificial Intelligence) LLM model. Based on eight targeted questions in adult congenital heart disease, the analysis highlights significant disparities in correct answer rates, with congenital specialists achieving the highest accuracy and the AI model - the lowest.

Since 1975 the survival rate of SB has increased from less than 50 % to 85 %. Adult SB patients have increased urologic needs due to their increased risk of complications including: 7-11 times risk of renal failure, 2 times risk of bladder cancer, and 46 times risk likely of UTIs.
