Introduction And Hypothesis: Pudendal nerve release can be managed by the laparoscopic approach for pudendal nerve entrapment.
Methods: This is a case report of a stepwise demonstration of the technique with narrated video footage. A 71-year-old woman, gravid 7, parity 3, abortion 4, live births 3 vaginal delivery, complained of pain while sitting.
Introduction: Living-donor kidney transplantation (LDKT) is often performed using hand-assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (HALDN). Adherent perinephric fat (APF) can complicate HALDN, increasing operative time. The Mayo Adhesive Probability (MAP) score predicts APF preoperatively.

Ethanol sclerotherapy (EST) has gained attention as a minimally invasive treatment option for ovarian endometriomas, particularly in infertile women with endometrioma undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). Endometriomas are associated with decreased ovarian reserve and impaired fertility outcomes, and traditional surgical approaches, such as cystectomy, often lead to further reductions in ovarian reserve. Ethanol sclerotherapy offers a potential alternative that preserves ovarian function while effectively managing endometriomas.

Background: Ampullary adenocarcinoma (AAC) typically presents at an early stage due to biliary obstruction and therefore might be specifically suitable for minimally invasive pancreatoduodenectomy (MIPD). However, studies assessing MIPD specifically for AAC, including the robotic and laparoscopic approach, are limited. The aim of this study is to compare short- and long-term oncological resection and perioperative outcomes of robotic (RPD), laparoscopic (LPD) and open pancreatoduodenectomy (OPD) performed specifically for AAC.
