Electrochemical oxidation of biomass-derived 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) provides an environmentally friendly route for producing the sustainable polymer monomer 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA). Thus, precisely adjusting the synergistic adsorption among key reactive species, such as HMF and OH, on the carefully designed catalyst surface is essential for achieving satisfactory catalytic performance for HMF oxidation to FDCA as it is closely related to the adsorption strength and configuration of the reaction substrates. This kind of regulation will ultimately facilitate the improvement of HMF oxidation performance.

In rice, leucine-rich repeat nucleotide-binding site (NLR) proteins are pivotal immune receptors in combating -triggered rice blast. However, the precise molecular mechanism underlying how NLR proteins regulate downstream signalling remains elusive due to the lack of knowledge regarding their direct downstream targets. The NLR protein Pigm-1 was cloned from Shuangkang 77009 in our laboratory.

Objective: To assist in the rapid clinical identification of brain tumor types while achieving segmentation detection, this study investigates the feasibility of applying the deep learning YOLOv5s algorithm model to the segmentation of brain tumor magnetic resonance images and optimizes and upgrades it on this basis.

Methods: The research institute utilized two public datasets of meningioma and glioma magnetic resonance imaging from Kaggle. Dataset 1 contains a total of 3,223 images, and Dataset 2 contains 216 images.

In the era of digital economy, the opening of public data holds significant importance as a pivotal means to maximize the utilization of data elements and enhance the quality of urban employment. Leveraging urban-level data spanning from 2011 to 2021 in China, this study employs a Multi-period DID method to systematically investigate the mechanisms underlying the impact of public data openness on urban employment quality. The empirical findings reveal that the openness of public data markedly elevates the quality of urban employment.

Background And Objective: As most Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) 5 lesions on MRI harbor Gleason grade (GG) group ≥2 disease on biopsy, optimal management of patients with imaging-biopsy discordance remains unclear. To estimate grade misclassification, we evaluated the incidence of Gleason upgrading among patients with GG1 disease in the setting of a PI-RADS 5 lesion.

Methods: We conducted a single-institution retrospective analysis to identify patients with GG1 prostate cancer on fusion biopsy with MRI demonstrating ≥1 PI-RADS 5 lesion.
