This article presents a clinical case of colon disease surgical treatment in a 34-year old patient with. generalized myasthenia. Perioperative management peculiarities in these patients are clarified. Different approaches to anaesthesia choice were discussed on a case study. The importance of tactics individualization, rational drugs selection, including neuromuscular block reversal agents as well as intraoperative neuromuscular transmission monitoring.

Background: Pulsed-field ablation (PFA) emerges as an innovative nonthermal energy modality for catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF). This study aimed to assess the safety and effectiveness of a novel PFA system that uses a multichannel, circular ablation catheter with adjustable diameters in treating paroxysmal AF.
Methods: This clinical trial (PF-Beat-AF) was a prospective, multicenter, single-arm study.

Purpose Of The Review: The aim is to provide a comprehensive review of regional anesthesia techniques to control ventricular arrhythmias.
Recent Findings: While promising, the use of stellate ganglion block (SGB) for arrhythmia control is still under investigation, and further clinical trials are warranted to fully understand its efficacy, long-term outcomes, suitable patient group, and safety profile. Nevertheless, it remains a potential adjunctive therapy in the management of ventricular arrhythmias in select patients.

Difficult airway management in oromaxillofacial tumor surgery poses significant challenges for anesthesiologists. We present two case reports of patients with mandibular malignant tumors and maxillary osteosarcoma who underwent surgery under general anesthesia. Preoperative assessment revealed a mass involving the right mandible, completely covering the inside of the mouth and invading the floor of the mouth in the first case, and a mass in the left maxilla extending to the zygomatic arch and orbital floor in the second case.

Background: Selective trunk block (SeTB) targets the three trunks of the brachial plexus and produces surgical anaesthesia of the entire upper extremity, including the shoulder. However, the optimal dose of local anaesthetic (LA) required for a SeTB is not known.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the minimum effective volume 90% (MEV90) of LA required for a SeTB.

Introduction: Peripheral regional anaesthesia is used rarely as the sole anaesthetic technique in children and is often combined with deep sedation or general anaesthesia for analgesic purposes. No literature addresses the minimum age at which regional anaesthesia can be considered to facilitate awake surgery in children. We hypothesised that children of school age could undergo awake urgent upper limb surgery with regional anaesthesia supported by anxiety-reduction strategies.
