The FabricSpotDefect dataset is, to the best of our knowledge, the first dataset specifically designed to accurately challenge computer vision in detecting fabric spots. There are a total of 1014 raw images and manually annotated 3288 different categories of spots. This dataset expands to 2300 augmented images after applying six categories of augmentation techniques like flipping, rotating, shearing, saturation adjustment, brightness adjustment, and noise addition.

A groin mass can arise from multiple conditions, with common causes including hernias, enlarged lymph nodes, fluid collections, or tumors. An ultrasound, together with a clinical examination, plays a key role in diagnosing groin masses and identifying hidden hernias. A 44-year-old male presented with a painless right inguinal mass that had been continuously present for one month.

To achieve a highly realistic robot, closely mimicking human skin in terms of materials and functionality is essential. This paper presents an all-protein silk fibroin bionic skin (SFBS) that emulates both fast-adapting (FA) and slow-adapting (SA) receptors. The mechanically different silk film and hydrogel, which exhibited skin-like properties, such as stretchability (>140%), elasticity, low modulus (<10 kPa), biocompatibility, and degradability, were prepared through mesoscopic reconstruction engineering to mimic the epidermis and dermis.

Purpose: This study determines the timeline for surgeons adopting rubber gloves and the double glove technique in the operating room for orthopaedic surgery.
Material And Methods: Using the vague historical terms of discovery, acceptance, commonplace, and consistency, we analyzed the influence of the different actors in each period.
Results: Cotton or silk was used for early gloves; they were permeable, sometimes coated with paraffin.
