Background: Developmental venous anomaly (DVA) is considered a benign and asymptomatic cerebrovascular malformation, and only isolated cases of symptomatic DVAs are described in the literature. Even more rarely will these symptoms come from an intraparenchymal hemorrhage caused by the DVA.
Methods And Results: We present two symptomatic DVAs by intracerebellar hemorrhage.
Conclusion: The diagnostic steps regarding the pathophysiology of DVA hemorrhage and the treatment options are discussed.

Primary hyperparathyroidism is treated surgically. Postoperatively, close monitoring of blood calcium levels is necessary to detect any hypocalcemia. Postoperative PTH assays can be performed within 24 hours to identify patients who will not develop permanent hypoparathyroidism.

The BioFire FilmArray® Gastrointestinal (GI) Panel, a widely used diagnostic tool, is designed to detect the genetic material of 22 common pathogens responsible for gastroenteritis, including viruses, bacteria, and parasites. It can detect human adenovirus (HAdV) species F, particularly serotypes F40 and F41, which are the major causes of diarrhea and mortality in children.
