Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of YLGB-1496 ( YLGB-1496) on the frequency of respiratory illness symptoms and immunity profiles among toddlers.

Methods: In this double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, 12-week intervention study, toddlers with at least 2 respiratory illness symptoms were randomly assigned into the probiotic (YLGB-1496) or placebo group at a 1:1 ratio. Follow-up examinations were conducted at baseline (week 0) and at weeks 6 and 12 of the intervention.

To explore the clinical characteristics and serogroup distribution of meningococcal meningitis. This study was a case series summary of the demographic data, laboratory results, vaccination history, clinical diagnoses,treatment and prognosis of 16 children with meningococcal meningitis who were hospitalized in Department of Infectious Diseases, Hunan Children's Hospital from April 2014 to March 2024. According to ages, these patients were divided into infants and toddlers (≤3 years) and school-aged children (6-15 years) groups.

Surabaya as a metropolitan city is required to be able to provide health services that can reach the entire community. Therefore, the Surabaya city government empowers the community to play an active role in the health sector by forming the Great Surabaya Cadres (in Indonesian, KSH = Kader Surabaya Hebat). Great Surabaya Cadres have three tasks, which include data collection and updating of residents' health data; collaborating with health workers at the health center in implementing the integrated development place program (in Indonesian, Posbindu), integrated service place for toddlers (in Indonesian, Posyandu balita), and integrated service place for the elderly (in Indonesian, Posyandu lansia) and implementing the "Jumantik" program as an effort to control dengue fever.

Objective: To investigate the effects of intrauterine and perinatal exposure to chikungunya virus (CHIKV) on neurodevelopment in infants and toddlers.

Study Design: We conducted a cohort study comparing children with intrauterine or perinatal exposure to maternal CHIKV infection with unexposed controls in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Neurodevelopment was assessed with General Movement Assessments in the first 6 months of life, and the Bayley-III Scales of Infant and Toddler Development and Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers for older children.
