A 62-year-old woman with a history of moderate myopia, long-standing open-angle glaucoma (OAG), and Fuchs dystrophy in both eyes was referred for consultative care. She had prior trabeculectomy in 1984 and 1992 in the left and right eyes, respectively. She is 3 months post-Descemet-stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) in the left eye, now referred with uncontrolled intraocular pressure (IOP) despite maximum tolerated medical therapy.

Due to the small capacity of the eye cavity and the rapid drainage of liquid into the nasolacrimal duct, patients must frequently administer the drops. Nanoparticles (NPs) and in situ gel systems have each proven their ability to achieve eye retention independently. In this study, timolol-loaded chitosan-carbomer NPs were prepared using the polyelectrolyte complexation method, and incorporated into a pH-responsive in situ gel system made of carbomer.

Introduction: The aim of the study was to report a case of ocular adverse events following influenza vaccination which involved bilateral myopic shift, ciliochoroidal effusion, and fine retinal folds in a middle-aged woman.

Case Presentation: A 42-year-old female presented with sudden-onset painless binocular decreased distance vision. She had received a quadrivalent influenza vaccine (Influvac Tetra) injection 10 days prior, a few days after which she experienced blurred vision.

Purpose: To report a case of pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis (PISK) 10 years after laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).

Observations: A case of a 36-year-old man who underwent LASIK and presented with PISK 10 years later. Before presenting to our department he consulted elsewhere for red eye, decreased visual acuity, foreign body sensation, and pain on the RE for 1 week.
