Introduction: At term, about 3-4% of all singleton pregnancies present as breech. MRI-based pelvimetry is a valuable tool to support selection of adequate candidates for a trial-of-labor in women expecting term breech babies. Shared decision-making is playing an increasingly important role in obstetrics.

Objective: To establish consensus related to aspects of breech presentation and care.
Design: A multinational, three round e-Delphi study.
Participants: A panel of 15 midwives, four obstetricians and an academic with knowledge and/or experience of caring for women with a breech presenting fetus.
Purpose: The incidence of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is higher in Eastern Europeans and Middle Easterners. This study aimed to establish consensus among experts in this geographical area on the management of DDH before walking age.
Methods: Fourteen experienced orthopedic surgeons agreed to participate in a four-round online consensus panel by the Delphi method.
