Article Abstract
A novel ratiometric biothiol probe Glutathione Green was developed. It allows quantitative measurement of glutathione in cell extracts and direct visualization of changes in glutathione levels in live cells. Remarkably, this is the first reported biothiol probe which can detect the carcinoma region of liver tissue based on the differences in the glutathione level.

Objective: To describe a patient conceiving with fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) after conservative treatment of early stage endometrial cancer.
Patient: A 31-year-old multiparous woman diagnosed with highly-differentiated (G1) endometrial adenocarcinoma (grade IA).

Purpose: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is the most common chronic inflammatory skin disease that severely impairs patient's life quality and represents significant therapeutic challenge due to its pathophysiology arising from skin barrier dysfunction. Topical corticosteroids, the mainstay treatment for mild to moderate AD, are usually formulated into conventional dosage forms that are impeded by low drug permeation, resulting in high doses with consequent adverse effects, and also lack properties that would strengthen the skin barrier. Herein, we aimed to develop biomimetic lamellar lyotropic liquid crystals (LLCs), offering a novel alternative to conventional AD treatment.

In this research, the emulsification method was used to encapsulate in microparticles of whey protein concentrate (WPC) at different levels (1%, 2%, and 4%) and gum Arabic (GA) at three levels (0/5%, 1%, and 1/5%) and a constant level of sunflower oil (5%). The results showed that emulsions with higher quantities of wall materials exhibited better encapsulation efficiency (67%/57%) and preservation ability at different temperatures, different pH, and presence of 1% bile salt.
