Background: A previously published study at Norrland University Hospital, Umeå, Sweden, found that in 29.5% of patients with urinary bladder cancer (UBC) who underwent cystectomy, incorrect cT-stage (clinical T-stage) was registered in the Swedish National Register of Urinary Bladder Cancer (SNRUBC). Postpartum psychosis (PP) is a severe psychiatric disorder-with limited data or consensus on diagnostic criteria and clinical presentation-that affects thousands of people each year. The Massachusetts General Hospital Postpartum Psychosis Project (MGHP3) was established to: 1) describe the phenomenology of PP, and 2) identify genomic and clinical predictors in a large cohort. Results thus far point to a richer understanding of the heterogeneity and complexity of this often-misunderstood illness and its nature over time.

Context/objective: Pressure injury (PrI) recurrence is common among persons with spinal cord injury and disorders (SCI/D) who undergo reconstructive flap surgery for pelvic stage 4 PrI (S4PrI). This paper describes the development and implementation of the Minneapolis Spinal Cord Optimization, Rehabilitation and Empowerment (SCORE), a preoperative interdisciplinary tool for risk assessment and mitigation, and reports its effect on the one-year flap failure rate (significant breakdown).
