BACKGROUND ROS1 fusion-positive locally-advanced lung adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor with no clear neoadjuvant therapy guidelines and a poor prognosis. This report describes a 49-year-old man with a ROS1 fusion-positive locally-advanced lung adenocarcinoma with a pathological complete response (pCR) to the tyrosine kinase inhibitor crizotinib combined with chemotherapy. CASE REPORT A 49-year-old Chinese man visited the hospital with a cough and phlegm that began over 20 days ago.

Digital papillary adenocarcinoma is a rare cutaneous tumor of eccrine origin that often presents as a papule or nodule on the dorsal aspect of a finger. It is challenging to diagnose because of its rarity, its benign appearance, and the lack of specific clinical or histological features. Excision is recommended, given the malignant nature and variable recurrence rates with metastases well documented in the literature.

A subset of human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated endocervical adenocarcinoma (EA) displays exclusively exophytic growth, with or without a classic villoglandular appearance. Given that increased depth and extent of destructive stromal invasion are associated with poorer prognosis for HPV-associated EA, it is believed that exclusively exophytic tumors are associated with a relatively indolent clinical course. There is, however, a paucity of data regarding the behavior of these neoplasms.
