The synthesis of the 3Gc0T zero generation dendrimer with a cyclotriphosphazene core functionalized with nitroxyl radicals in its six branches has been performed. The radical units have been used as probes to determine the orientation of the six branches in solution experimentally by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy compared with the structure obtained in the solid state by X-ray diffraction. The orientation of the dendrimer branches is the same in solution as in the solid state.

Dendrimers are a wide range of nanoparticles with desirable properties that can be used in many areas of medicine. However, little is known about their potential use in wound healing. This study examined the properties of phosphorus dendrimers that were built on a cyclotriphosphazene core and pyrrolidinium (DPP) or piperidinium (DPH) terminated groups, to be used as potential factors that support wound healing ().

This study introduces a series of water-soluble radical dendrimers (G0 to G5) as promising magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents that could potentially address clinical safety concerns associated with current gadolinium-based contrast agents. By using a simplified synthetic approach based on a cyclotriphosphazene core and lysine-derived branching units, we successfully developed a G5 dendrimer containing up to 192 units of 2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidinyloxy (TEMPO) radical. This synthesis offers advantages including ease of preparation, purification, and tunable water solubility through the incorporation of glutamic acid anion residues.

Conjugated and processable self-standing vinylene-linked covalent organic framework membranes (COFMs) are highly demanding for photonics and optoelectronics. In this work, we have fabricated the first cyclotriphosphazene (CTP) cored vinylene-linked self-standing COFM (CTP-PDAN). For comparison purposes, we have successfully fabricated the imine-linked congener (CTP-PDA).

The synergistic effect of hollow cavities and multiple hetero-interfaces displays huge advantages in achieving lightweight and high-efficient electromagnetic wave absorption, but still confronts huge challenges. Herein, hierarchical Co P/CoS @C@MoS composites via the self-sacrificed strategy and a subsequent hydrothermal method have been successfully synthesized. Specifically, ZIF-67 cores first act as the structural template to form core-shell ZIF-67@poly(cyclotriphosphazene-co-4,4'-sulfonyldiphenol) (ZIF-67@PZS) composites, which are converted into hollow Co P@C shells with micro-mesoporous characteristics because of the gradient structural stabilities and preferred coordination ability.

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) features of BINOL-decorated cyclotriphosphazenes (CPs) are reported for the first time. The luminescence dissymmetry factor (g ) of these compounds in chloroform solutions and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) thin films with wt 1 % doping concentrations are found to be 1.0×10 , and 2.
