[Various approaches to chemical characteristics of "atherogenic" and "antiatherogenic" classes of lipoproteins in patients with neurovascular diseases].

Purity of various classes lipoproteins was analyzed after precipitation of low and very low density lipoproteins by means of heparin in presence of 1 M MnCl2. Polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis was shown to be suitable procedure for studies of protein, lipid and phospholipid spectra of individual lipoprotein classes in order to evaluate the state of lipid metabolism in patients with various clinical forms of cerebrovascular pathology.
