Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide with heterogeneous histopathological phenotypes. Although IgAN with membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN)-like features has been reported in children and adults, treatment strategies for this rare IgAN subtype have not been established. Here, we present the case of a 56-year-old man with no history of kidney disease who initially presented with nephrotic syndrome.

Background: Stroke is one of the leading causes of mortality and disability and can be rarely caused by cardiac myxoma.
Case Summary: Here, we report about a 56-year-old man who suffered from a stroke presented with acute dysarthria and left hemiparesis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain revealed an acute stroke.

Primary cardiac angiosarcomas are rare malignant tumors that can cause chest pain and heart failure symptoms. They can be diagnosed using multimodality imaging, primarily echocardiogram, with formal diagnosis requiring biopsy. A 56-year-old man with history of hypertension and dyslipidemia presented with acute crushing chest pain and shortness of breath.

Background: is a commensal microflora commonly found in various mucosal sites in the respiratory, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary tracts. It causes invasive suppurative infections including liver and brain abscesses along with thoracic empyema. However, it rarely causes meningitis without abscess formation.

The olfactory neuroblastoma is a rare malignant neoplasm derived from the olfactory neuroepithelium. It can metastasize to cervical lymph node chains and distant organs through hematogenous or lymphatic routes. Two clinical cases are presented: the first, a 56-year-old man with no pathological history, exhibited symptoms evolving over 2 months, characterized by persistent rhinorrhea with frequent epistaxis, ipsilateral proptosis, left hemicranial pain, anosmia, and dysgeusia.
