Purpose: This study examined the status and determinants of key micronutrients among 24-60 month children in underprivileged provinces of Iran, highlighting ongoing challenges despite intervention efforts.
Methods: This study analyzed data from the National Food and Nutrition Surveillance program. A multistage cluster sampling method was used, recruiting 280 children per province from Khuzestan, Kerman, Ilam, Bushehr, Hormozgan, Kohgiluyeh va Boyerahmad, Sistan va Baluchestan and South Khorasan.

Humanity's long-term welfare may lie in the hands of those who are presently living, raising the question of whether people today hold the generations of tomorrow in their moral circles. Five studies (N = 1652; Prolific) reveal present-oriented bias in the moral standing of future generations, with greater perceived moral obligation, moral concern, and prosocial intentions for proximal relative to distal future targets. Yet, present-oriented bias appears stronger for socially close compared with socially distant targets and for human targets relative to non-human animals and entities in nature.

This study aims to explore the impact of combining WASH facilities on students' health status, school attendance, and educational achievements.
Methods: Four schools, two with improved and two without improved WASH facilities, were selected purposively from Dhanusha and Chitwan districts of Nepal.

Fortunately, Black fathers have responded to the urgent call to prevent youth violence in Louisiana. The purpose of this article is to reintroduce and describe the processes and phases of heuristic inquiry and to illustrate how the method can advance nursing science. Heuristic inquiry is a rigorous, systematic, phenomenologically orientated research method developed by Clark Moustakas for investigating, discovering, and understanding the nature and meaning of living experiences. Heuristic inquiry invites the inclusion of the researcher's autobiographical living of experience being investigated honoring the personal experiences of the phenomenon from self and each participant in the research study.
