Preservation of health of native minorities of the Yamal North is the major medical and social problem. The purpose of research--a self-estimation of health of the native minorities of the district in relation with a way of life in modern social and economic and ecological conditions. "Bad" and "very bad" health has been revealed in 20.9% of persons.
