Aims: To describe the imaging features of patients presenting with soft tissue masses and a provisional diagnosis of soft tissue tumours, for whom biopsy confirmed the presence of necrotising granulomata consistent with tuberculoma.
Material And Methods: A review of the histopathology database for patients who had a diagnosis of necrotising granulomata in nonspinal sites. Patients with bone and joint-based pathology were excluded.

Multinodular and vacuolating neuronal tumors (MVNTs) of the cerebrum are rare, seizure-related, low-grade tumors of the central nervous system that usually affect young adults. First described by Huse et al. in 2013, these neoplasms are usually located within the deep cortical ribbon and the superficial white matter and have a characteristic cytoarchitecture of cells with neuronal and glial differentiation that form multiple nodules with conspicuous vacuolation.

Objective: To quantify alterations in soma and neurite density imaging measures within and surrounding cortical lesions in people with multiple sclerosis using in vivo high-gradient diffusion MRI.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 41 people with multiple sclerosis and 34 age- and sex-matched healthy controls underwent 3 T high-gradient diffusion MRI. Cortical lesions were segmented on artificial intelligence-enabled double inversion recovery images.

: To evaluate the correlation between radiomic features extracted from contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) tumor lesions and peritumoral background with prognostic factors in breast cancer (BC). : In this retrospective, single-center study, 134 women with histologically confirmed breast cancer underwent CEM examination. Radiomic features were extracted from manually segmented lesions and lesion contours were automatically delineated using PyRadiomics.
