TIGIT and PVRIG are immune checkpoints co-expressed on activated T and NK cells, contributing to tumor immune evasion. Simultaneous blockade of these pathways may enhance therapeutic efficacy, positioning them as promising dual targets for cancer immunotherapy. This study aimed to develop a bispecific antibody (BsAb) to co-target TIGIT and PVRIG.

Background: Power-controlled radiofrequency ablation with irrigated-tip catheters has been the norm for ventricular ablation for almost 2 decades. New catheter technology has recently integrated more accurate tissue temperature sensing enabling temperature-controlled irrigated ablation. We aimed to investigate the in vivo ablation parameters and lesion formation characteristics in ventricular myocardium using a novel temperature-controlled radiofrequency catheter.

Background: Earlier identification of high coronary artery disease (CAD) risk individuals may enable more effective prevention strategies. However, existing 10-year risk frameworks are ineffective at earlier identification. We sought to understand how the variable importance of genomic and clinical factors across life stages may significantly improve lifelong CAD event prediction.

Monoblock acetabular components with ceramic liners could reduce liner fracture risks during modular acetabular component assembly. This study aims to confirm the safety and clinical performance of the monoblock Maxera Cup in THA.

Background: Learning health systems (LHS) have the potential to use health data in real time through rapid and continuous cycles of data interrogation, implementing insights to practice, feedback, and practice change. However, there is a lack of an appropriately skilled interprofessional informatics workforce that can leverage knowledge to design innovative solutions. Therefore, there is a need to develop tailored professional development training in digital health, to foster skilled interprofessional learning communities in the health care workforce in Australia.
