Adamantinoma is an uncommon tumour of low grade malignancy in terms of biologic aggressiveness; metastasis occurring many years after amputation. A young male underwent an above knee amputation of left leg for adamantinoma of tibia. He returned with pain and swelling in his right thigh five years later. Investigations revealed an adamantinoma in the diaphysis of the right femur. The unusual presentation of this adamantinoma at an uncommon site threw up interesting insights into the nature of this lesion. In particular, the metachronous origin of the adamantinoma in the femur is discussed in this report.

Purpose Of Review: Ewing's sarcoma is a small round-cell tumour typically arising in the bones, and only rarely affecting soft tissues. These are rarely seen in the head and neck comprising 1-9% of all cases, making management of these tumours a challenge. This review aims to review the current literature to update the current diagnostic and treatment options in head and neck Ewing's sarcoma.

Basaloid salivary gland neoplasms are a diverse and varied group of benign and malignant tumors. The term 'basaloid' is broadly used in reference to cells with elevated nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio, sparse cytoplasm, and hyperchromatic nuclei. However, a subset may also fit within the "small round blue cell tumor" morphologic category or the "biphasic" salivary gland tumor category.

Adamantinoma, an uncommon low-grade primary malignant bone tumor, rarely causes leg pain in adolescents and typically manifests in the lower extremities, with a notable preference for the tibia, although occurrences in other bones such as the femur, fibula, and pelvis have been documented. Instances of local recurrence and regional metastasis are infrequent. This case report aims to comprehensively review the clinical presentation, imaging features, histological findings, and management of adamantinoma.

Introduction: Adamantinoma-like Ewing sarcoma (ALES) is a rare aggressive malignancy occasionally diagnosed in the thyroid gland. ALES shows basaloid cytomorphology, expresses keratins, p63, p40, frequently CD99, and harbours the t(11;22) EWSR1::FLI1 translocation. There is debate on whether ALES resembles more sarcoma or carcinoma.

Introduction: Giant cell tumor (GCT) is a benign bone tumor typically seen in epiphysis or metaphysis of mature long bones. Multiple large multinucleated giant cells dispersed among mononuclear spindle cells and monocytes constitute characteristic histological background of GCT of bone (GCTB).
Case Presentation: A 15-year-old girl was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of pain and swelling in the left leg with difficulty in walking for 2 years.
