This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor in Chief, after review by an independent panel of experts, due to evidence of a compromised peer review process and the failure of one author to disclose significant conflicts of interest. An independent peer-review process is a cornerstone of scientific integrity that allows for research to be scrutinized before publication to ensure that conclusions are anchored in sound methodology and objective interpretation of the results. Equally important is that the readership of research is fully informed about any potential competing interests that may have influenced the research process. This article is being retracted because it did not include a declaration of a conflict of interest of one author in relation to diagnostic tools which the paper endorses. The same author was also the Editor in Chief of the journal at the time of publication and evidence indicates that the paper was accepted without any independent peer review by external reviewers. Rationale And Objectives: To summarize the clinical features and ultrasonic characteristics of patients with cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis (CNGM), and to enhance the understanding of CNGM in clinical practice.
Materials And Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the demographic data, clinical symptoms, and ultrasonic characteristics of 141 patients diagnosed with CNGM through pathological examination. This study was approved by the Medical Ethical Committee of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2023BL02-054-01).

Traveling waves of excitation arise from the spatial coupling of local nonlinear events by transport processes. In corrosion systems, these electro-dissolution waves relay local perturbations across large portions of the metal surface, significantly amplifying overall damage. For the example of the magnesium alloy AZ31B exposed to sodium chloride solution, we report experimental results suggesting the existence of a vulnerable zone in the wake of corrosion waves where local perturbations can induce a unidirectional wave pulse or segment.
