The aim of this study was to describe the nursing professionals' opinion on the nursing process, in order to base the actions of the implementation of the process in our institution. This is a qualitative study, carried out during an action research with the nursing staff of a pediatric teaching hospital. The nursing process is designed as a tool to organize care and prescribe nursing care. Work routines show the technical activities. Expectations with the implementation of nursing process involve improving the quality of care. The study reinforces the importance of including members of the nursing staff in the implementation stage of the nursing process and shows the challenge of facing the tecnicists routines.

Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the effect after the application of Failure Model and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in nursing care for patients who have undergone endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).

Methods: A cohort of 40 patients who underwent ESD between July and September 2023 were selected as the control group, while 42 patients who underwent ESD between October 2023 and June 2024 after implementing FMEA were selected as the observation group. Purpose: To explore how regional economic levels moderate the relationships between cancer-related financial toxicity (FT) and its associated risk factors.

Methods: A secondary analysis was conducted using data from a cross-sectional survey of 1208 adult patients with cancer, conducted in six tertiary and six secondary hospitals across three Chinese provinces from February to October 2022. The interactions between the regional economic level-categorised as high- or low-/middle-income based on the gross domestic product per capita- and 13 previously identified risk factors for FT were examined via moderation analysis using the PROCESS macro for SPSS software.
