Background: Primary adenocarcinoma of thymus is extremely rare.
Case Presentation: This is a case of primary adenocarcinoma with intestinal differentiation and focal mucin production in the thymus. Thymic cyst was associated with this tumor. Intestinal differentiation was confirmed by immunohistochemical stain with positivity for CDX-2, CK20, villin, MOC31 and focal positivity of CK7. Array comperative genomic hybridization (CGH) analysis showed a complex pattern of chromosomal imbalances including homozygous deletion at the HLA locus in chromosomal region 6p21.32.
Conclusion: This rare tumor shows a similar genetic aberration with other studied thymic epithelial tumors.

Objective: To evaluate the postoperative complications and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in a solitary kidney after irreversible electroporation (IRE).
Materials And Methods: A total of 8 patients with 9 RCCs in a solitary kidney treated with computed tomography (CT)-guided IRE from February 2017 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Follow-up included contrast-enhanced CT or magnetic resonance imaging examinations at 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and each year after IRE and the evaluation of the incidence of postoperative complications, renal function changes, local tumor recurrence, and metastasis.

Objective: The Enduring Consensus Cervical Cancer Screening and Management Guidelines Committee developed recommendations for the use of extended genotyping results in cervical cancer prevention programs.
Methods: Risks of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 or worse were calculated using data obtained with the Onclarity HPV Assay from large cohorts. Management recommendations were based on clinical action thresholds developed for the 2019 American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Risk-Based Management Consensus Guidelines.
