Experience of application of intralaminar epidural pharmacotherapy for the treatment of the pain syndrome in the patients, suffering osteochondrosis of lumbar portion of vertebral column, complicated by intervertebral discs protrusion, was summarized. The method introduction permits to escape the operative intervention performance for complicated osteochondrosis.

In this study, we designed a nanoprodrug ISL@MIL-101-ADT to facilitate synergistic delivery of hydrogen sulfide (HS) and prodrug ISL for specific eradication of tumor cells with minimal toxicity and maximal efficacy. The nanoprodrug passively targeted tumors through enhanced permeation and retention effects, followed by disintegration and release of IR780, lonidamine (LND), and HS.

SH2 (Src Homology 2) domains play a crucial role in phosphotyrosine-mediated signaling and have emerged as promising drug targets, particularly in cancer therapy. STAT3 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3), which contains an SH2 domain, plays a pivotal role in cancer progression and immune evasion because it facilitates the dimerization of STAT3, which is essential for their activation and subsequent nuclear translocation. SH2 domain-mediated STAT3 inhibition disrupts this binding, reduces phosphorylation of STAT3, and impairs dimerization.
