Methods: The present study was a prospective longitudinal analysis that recruited patients aged 35-45 years who underwent simple hysterectomy without oophorectomy for symptomatic benign uterine tumors. Objective: This study examines the validity of the ASRS-5 as a new screening tool for ADHD and evaluates its proposed screening cut-off in a general population context.

Method: A nationally representative sample of 2,002 individuals aged 18 to 80 years was surveyed using the ASRS-5, with complete data obtained from 714 participants. Psychometric analysis evaluated fit to the Rasch model, response categories, dimensionality, differential item functioning, local dependency, and reliability.

Background: Pulmonary contusions (PC) are common after blunt chest trauma and can be identified with computed tomography (CT). Complex scoring systems for grading PC exist, however recent scoring systems rely on computer-generated algorithms that are not readily available at all hospitals. We developed a scoring system for grading PC to predict the need for prolonged mechanical ventilation and initial hospital admission location.

Background: South-South Cooperation (SSC) is recognized as a vital component of goal 17 - 'Partnerships for the goals' within the SDGs and countries in the global south has been utilizing this cooperation mainly in research. We report the first health care professional exchange program through this south-to-south collaboration focusing on advancing quality of abortion care in the Sub-Saharan region.

Methods: We conducted a comprehensive mixed method study, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative approaches, to assess the impact of health care professionals' exchange program within the obstetrics and gynecology departments of two teaching institutions in Ethiopia and Rwanda over the course of a year (February 1, 2023-January 31,2024).
