Background: Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH)-like lesions are hyperplastic formations in patients with micronodular cirrhosis and a history of alcohol abuse. Although pathologically similar to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) lesions, they are benign. As such, it is important to develop methods to distinguish between FNH-like lesions and HCC.

Most previous reports have been based on morphological duct changes observed via pancreatography. Here, we describe a case of stent-induced ductal change in which the course of the mucosal changes was observed through peroral pancreatoscopy with a videoscopy.

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is an aggressive malignancy that frequently presents with extranodal involvement. Cutaneous tropism is clinically and histopathologically variable, which may pose a diagnostic challenge. We conducted a retrospective analysis of 40 samples of 20 cases of cutaneous AITL, focusing on the clinicopathologic and molecular correlations between skin and lymph node (LN) samples.
