Background: Ureteral reconstruction is a highly technical type of laparoscopic or open surgery. The incidence of ureteral injury is low; however, ureteral injuries tend to be overtreated. Robotic surgery for urinary reconstructive surgery is growing in popularity, which has made procedures such as pyeloplasty, ureteroureterostomy, and ureteroneocystostomy possible, with minimal damage to the patient.

Introduction: To report the management and outcome of one case of pediatric patient sustaining high-grade blunt renal trauma. We present and discuss the clinical characteristics and radiologic features of the patient.
Patients And Methods: A 10 years old child was admitted for serious blunt renal trauma formed a huge urinoma in the right renal after injury gradually in 2018.
Giant Adrenal cysts are rare differentials of retroperitoneal cysts that often present dilemma in diagnosis. A man presented with a huge retroperitoneal cyst and an uncertain preoperative diagnosis. Initial working diagnosis of urinoma and an attempt at drainage had to be abandoned for complete excision before obtaining a histological diagnosis.
