: Sirolimus-coated balloons (SCBs) have emerged as a promising alternative to paclitaxel-coated devices for the treatment of femoropopliteal lesions. However, real-world data on SCB performance in also complex peripheral arterial disease remains unknown. Case Report: A 53-year-old female (height 152 cm and weight 41 kg) complained of motor impairment in her left fingers, numbness in her left forearm, and paresthesia after left thoracotomy.
