We report three patients with deposition of pseudoexfoliation (PXF) material on intraocular lens years after uneventful cataract surgery. PXF was not present before the cataract surgery. The PXF material was found on the anterior surface of the intraocular lens in the first patient and on the posterior surface as well in the other two patients. All the patients had a polymethylmethacrylate intraocular lens placed in the sulcus. The fellow eyes did not have PXF. All the patients had open angle glaucoma in both eyes.

Purpose: To identify the minimally required number of distances of visual acuity (VA) measurements for the reliable estimation of the visual acuity curve (VAC) and area of the curve (AoC) in presbyopia correction.
Patients And Methods: The study was divided into a validation and a clinical phase with a total recruitment of 120 participants (120 eyes) who underwent uncomplicated pseudophakic presbyopia surgery with bilateral premium intraocular lenses (IOL) implantation. This study was conducted in the Department of Ophthalmology, University Hospital of Alexandroupolis, Alexandroupolis, Greece.

Introduction: Implantable collamer lens (ICL) is a posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens. It is usually indicated for high refractive error correction that cannot be treated by laser vision correction due to physical limitations.
Case Presentation: 39 years old male with a past ocular history of keratoconus underwent astigmatic keratotomy followed by crosslinking in both eyes a couple of years later due to signs of corneal ectasia progression.

Purpose: The research investigates the efficacy of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) treatment in facilitating the development of compact water droplets on the rear surface of synthetic lenses with capsule imperfections during the process of fluid-air exchange.
Method: This study examined four patients with intraocular lens (IOL) implants and posterior capsule defects who experienced the formation of dense water droplets on the posterior surface following fluid-air exchange. When this occurrence obstructs fundus visualization during surgery, it is recommended to suspend the surgical procedure.
Purpose: To evaluate dynamic changes in ciliary parameters and Implantable Collamer Lens V4C (ICL) (STAAR Surgical) haptic position using mydriatic and miotic agents and their effects on the central and peripheral vault.
Methods: This study involved 80 eyes from 40 consecutive patients (mean age: 28.05 years; range: 19 to 42 years) examined 3 months after ICL implantation.
Purpose: To evaluate the 12-month rotational stability and outcomes of V4c toric Implantable Collamer Lenses (TICLs) (STAAR Surgical) located at two different lens orientations (horizontal or oblique).
Methods: This retrospective study included a total of 403 eyes with TICL implantation, enrolled between January 2021 and December 2022, that were divided into two groups based on the minimum intended angle off the horizontal axis: horizontal with 263 eyes at an angle ±22.5 degrees or less and oblique with 140 eyes at a minimum intended angle of greater than ±22.
