Aim And Background: To describe a novel and uncomplicated technique of elongating the tubing of a glaucoma drainage device (GDD) sourced from a segment of the tube from a Paul® Glaucoma Implant (PGI).
Surgical Technique: Conjunctival and Tenon's peritomy are performed with relaxing incisions to expose the original tube. The original tube is then removed from the anterior chamber, and the original entry site is closed.

Placement of an inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) in a transgender patient's neophallus carries unique considerations versus cis-gender IPP placement in mitigating infection, erosion, and overall complication rates. An example of this includes the lack of an anatomical corpus cavernosum and crura for cylinder placement and anchoring. Multiple grafting approaches and materials have been utilized to mitigate possible cylinder instability and improve anchoring.

Purpose: To report a novel management technique using pericardial patch graft for severe corneal wound burn following phacoemulsification of dense cataract with shallow anterior chamber (AC) and overfilled AC with viscoelastic.
Methods: Case report.
Results: A 46-year-old patient with a shallow AC and dense cataract, who underwent phacoemulsification using "soft shell" technique had severe wound burn which was refractory to conventional management with corneal suturing and placing bandage contact lens.

Purpose: Our study aimed to compare the outcomes and costs of various patch graft materials used in the setting of glaucoma drainage device (GDD) surgeries: conventional Tutoplast® pericardium (TP), locally-obtained Lifenet® pericardium (LP), and tissue-banked corneal (CP) and scleral (SP) patches.
Design: Retrospective observational study.
Subjects: One hundred and ninety-five eyes of 185 patients who underwent glaucoma device surgery with patch grafts were included.

Purpose: Exposure of orbital implant post enucleation or evisceration remains one of the common complications irrespective of the type of implant used. Dermis fat graft and temporalis fascia have been used to repair the implant exposure in anophthalmic sockets. Tutoplast pericardium, gamma sterilised dehydrated human pericardium, has been used as a scleral patch graft for glaucoma drainage device exposure and scleral thinning post squint surgery.
