Introduction: Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is a rare congenital condition characterized by vascular malformations, bone abnormalities, and limb overgrowth. Objectives: Survivors of intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) are at high risk of incident depression, which is modified by social determinants of health (SDOH) and associated with worse functional outcomes. We sought to determine the role of prestroke SDOH in depression incidence after ICH to better characterise post-ICH outcomes.
Study Design: We analysed data from a cohort study of ICH survivors without prestroke depression, presenting at Massachusetts General Hospital between 2006 and 2017.

Young-onset diabetes (YOD) is characterised by unique diagnostic and management challenges more pronounced in resource-limited settings like Sri Lanka. We aimed to ascertain the prevalence, patterns and characteristics of YOD in Sri Lanka and describe the state of care. Retrospective review of baseline data of all patients enrolled in the prospective multicentre Database for Young-Onset Diabetes, Sri Lanka (DYOD-SL), was performed, from April 2021 to April 2023.

Introduction: Autistic symptoms in schizophrenia are reportedly associated with cognitive and social functions. However, few studies have investigated the association between autistic symptoms and clinical features in individuals with a clinical high risk for psychosis (CHR-P) and first-episode psychosis (FEP). We aimed to determine the association between autistic symptoms and clinical features in a cohort of individuals with CHR-P or FEP.

DEK::AFF2 fusion nonkeratinizing squamous cell carcinoma (NKSCC) is an emerging entity in the sinonasal tract, temporal bone, and skull base. However, the clinical behavior of these tumors has not been well studied. Here, we report the largest cohort of DEK::AFF2 carcinomas to determine if morphology, mitotic rate, and/or Ki-67 IHC are associated with patient outcomes, including a comparison with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated and independent patients.
