Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma (MCAH) is a rare benign cutaneous entity. It classically presents as slowly progressive erythematous to violaceous papules on the distal extremities of middle-aged or elderly women. The entity may clinically resemble granuloma annulare, lichen planus, and several cutaneous vascular proliferations.

Cutaneous malignant melanoma (MM) is the most aggressive form of skin cancer, associated with high mortality and rising incidence rates in Europe despite prevention efforts. Nodular MM, the most aggressive subtype, often mimics other skin tumors, complicating diagnosis. We present the case of a 66-year-old woman with a large, ulcerated tumor beneath the left scapula, along with multiple nodular lesions on the left arm and chest.

We report a case of a woman in her late 40s with a history of breast implant surgery following breast cancer treatment. She presented with asymmetrical breast enlargement, palpable contralateral axillary lymph nodes and cutaneous nodules on both forearms. In addition, imaging evaluation revealed intracapsular implant rupture, ipsilateral internal mammary enlarged lymph nodes and multiple mediastinal lymphadenopathies.
