While deep learning techniques have been extensively employed in malware detection, there is a notable challenge in effectively embedding malware features. Current neural network methods primarily capture superficial characteristics, lacking in-depth semantic exploration of functions and failing to preserve structural information at the file level. Motivated by the aforementioned challenges, this paper introduces MalHAPGNN, a novel framework for malware detection that leverages a hierarchical attention pooling graph neural network based on enhanced call graphs.

: Dispatcher-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DA-CPR) is widely recognized as a critical intervention that significantly reduces no-flow time, improving survival rates in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCAs). This study evaluates current practices and the organization of DA-CPR in Italian emergency medical communication centers (EMCCs) and identifies areas for improvement. A cross-sectional survey was conducted between April and May 2024 among all Italian EMCCs, achieving a 92.

Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is a progressive autoimmune disease often identified in childhood or adolescence, with early stages detectable through pre-diabetic markers such as autoantibodies and subclinical beta-cell dysfunction. The identification of the pre-T1D stage is critical for preventing complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, and for enabling timely interventions that may alter disease progression. This review examines the multifaceted approach to managing T1D risk in adolescents and teens, emphasizing early detection, nutritional interventions, beta-cell preservation strategies, and psychosocial support.

: China has a high incidence rate of varicella yet a low coverage rate of the varicella vaccine (VarV), with safety concerns being a leading cause of the lack of vaccination willingness. This study aimed to describe VarV-related adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) and analyze their characteristics in Zhejiang, China, 2020-2022. : VarV-related AEFIs in Zhejiang Province from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 were collected through the Chinese National AEFI Information System (CNAEFIS) for a descriptive epidemiological analysis.

The electrochemical reduction of CO (CORR) to value-added products has garnered significant interest as a sustainable solution to mitigate CO emissions and harness renewable energy sources. Among CORR products, formic acid/formate (HCOOH/HCOO) is particularly attractive due to its industrial relevance, high energy density, and potential candidate as a liquid hydrogen carrier. This study investigates the influence of the initial oxidation state of tin on CORR performance using nanostructured SnO catalysts.
