The emergence of endometriosis-associated clear cell carcinoma (CCC) within the abdominal wall is a notably rare phenomenon. This condition predominantly impacts females who have previously undergone surgical interventions, including hysterectomy or caesarean section (C-section), with the malignant transformation of endometriosis within the post-surgical abdominal scar posited as a likely mechanism. Herein, we delineate a distinctive case of endometriosis-associated CCC emanating from the abdominal wall.

Background: Gynecological cancers, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers, significantly affect both survival and reproductive health in women. Cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy can impair ovarian function, reducing oocyte quality and fertility potential.
Objective: This review aims to evaluate how vitamins and antioxidants can enhance fertility and fertility preservation outcomes for women diagnosed with gynecological cancers, particularly in the context of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

A 34-year-old woman with a history of severe obesity presented to our department with liver dysfunction following total hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy. Her serum estradiol level was notably low at 22 pg/mL, and a liver biopsy revealed significant fatty degeneration, lobular inflammation, hepatocyte ballooning, and stage F1 fibrosis.

The distinction between a uterine leiomyosarcoma (uLMS) and a perivascular epithelioid cell neoplasm (PEComa) can be quite challenging. Here we report a 39-year-old woman who underwent a hysteroscopic myomectomy. An intraoperative frozen section pathological examination revealed that the mass was likely to be a mesenchymal malignancy.
